Intro 1 Day Course - This gives the new comer a taste of what the sport is like and includes approximately 5 climbs and 2 abseils. This course is usually conducted at Monteseel. Price: R800p/p

3 Day Beginner Course - This course shows all the basics including gear placement, seconding routes, abseiling and self-rescue. Price: R1800p/p

2 Day Advanced Course - This course is designed to help climbers learn to lead multi-pitch routes on big faces. It teaches how to climb long complicated routes in parties of 2 to 4 people using advanced rope management techniques. It is a must for any climber wanting to progress from single pitch climbs to climbing long routes. Price: R2000p/p

Alpine Course / Beginner Mountaineering course - A 4 day course which teaches you everything you need to know before tackling the greater ranges of the world. Learn how to simul-climb, cross rivers, navigate, perform rescues, rope management, bivvy, predict weather and assess objective dangers. Price: R3500p/p instruction only
